This is back to a much earlier introductory training series, just exploring general skills and ways of thinking about going into trance. The unconscious friend here is your friend, the unconscious-- your unconscious, which really does most of the work in hypnotic phenomena and which it can be very helpful to think about cultivating a good working relationship with. How do you usually communicate with your unconscious?

I've played around the edges of the idea in earlier files, planting the seeds in your mind; but this is a straight-up exhibitionist sex fantasy. You are deeply hypnotized at a kinky stage show, and suddenly you really, really love the idea of stripping naked and getting yourself off in front of all those people watching.

This file will implant and reinforce some triggers from the free trance series: one to go into trance, and one to feel very, very good. It also suggests that you love being seen naked, and ogled by a lot of people who are enjoying watching you in a sexual way.

And of course, it will make you come. Very, very hard.

This is a long, very deep loop, with multiple tracks of what I like to think of as "hypno dirty talk." 🙂 It's just about going very deep into trance-- and internalizing the skill of going deep-- but each cycle of the loop will bring you deeper. There is no wakener; not even a suggestion that you'll know when to wake up-- it's written as mainly meant for falling to sleep at night, but for any other use you might want to set a timer or alarm.

The last of this five-part meditation on empty nothingness, this recording teaches you to loosen your sense of time and of your place in time, of yourself and your memories of the past. It's not as inherently intense as the last one, but if you've been following the series so far it should be quite a deep experience!

This recording is a generalized, directed version of a self-hypnosis exercise that I like to recommend to people to practice becoming a better hypnotic subject. You'll need to have something to look at while you listen-- any stereotypically hypnotic focus like a candle flame or a spiral or waves on a beach or really, whatever you'd like to try-- I encourage experimenting with different sights or images. Essentially you're just going to look at it and let your mind wander, off into trance.

The exact direction your mind wanders is a bit more self-directed than perhaps usual, and there isn't an explicit end to this trance; you'll just come back up when you're ready. That said, there are also a few suggestions to make this more fun for people who very much enjoy being directed, 😉 and some further suggestions around tranceplay with partners.
