This is back to a much earlier introductory training series, just exploring general skills and ways of thinking about going into trance. The unconscious friend here is your friend, the unconscious-- your unconscious, which really does most of the work in hypnotic phenomena and which it can be very helpful to think about cultivating a good working relationship with. How do you usually communicate with your unconscious?
