"This is my take on the E-mail Slave training. It trains you to be a good and obedient e-mail slave who can be triggered by any email or a personal message or chat message that is addressed to you personally and that contains (in the subject line or in the text) the phrase THIS IS YOUR NEW HYPNOFILE. By default, you are unable to remember the hypnofile except when commanded to remember, but you retain a vague feeling of having been programmed. Contrary to EMG's version, you do not have to share the file with others, but you desire to find people that want to send hypnofiles to you. In particular, this file gives you the desire to find other e-mail slaves on forums (for example, on Warp My Mind's Meeting Places Forum) and to program each other with new exciting hypnofiles. Finally, this hypnotic programming inserts itself in your mind as an email slave program in your brain that helps your conscious mind to be a good and obedient email slave."
