Going Deeper

Hmm I liked the spooky scifi background music. I thought I'd remember more when I woke up, but I can't seem to a few minutes after waking up. It had a nice relaxing and paralyzing effect for me.

OMG!!!!
First of all, I am not normally a fan of echo voices in files but as it is Jack, I thought I would persevere.
I also sometimes concentrate too much on what is being said, and all the hypnosis steps like 'deeper', 'relax' etc... so I don't always get there.
Well, it seems that after 5 minutes of listening, I was gone, just listening to Jack talking! And I only woke up because my phone rang, sometime after the end of the file.
No idea what happened... and I was groggy for the rest of the evening after I woke up.
Let's now see how much deeper I go next time I listen to a file!

This file is so strong, absolutely destroyed my mind. I've listened daily for about a week now and I could hardly tell you whats even in the file.

Holy fuck. I think this file broke what resistance i had left. Ive always struggled to go fully down, but the first listen had me begging to lose myself. I put it on repeat drifted off jerking to it. Im not the same person I was yesterday. I need more, break me more. Do yourself a favor and listen.
