I can tell you the amnesia is most effective. I come up out of trance at the end with no reclection of how much time went by.
I am actually suprised I have not wet the bed or my diapers yet.

Thanks Rusty, appreciate the comments. It is taking a long time to fully understand Milton Erickson, but I think I am slowly figuring out how to induce amnesia. I hope this is showing up in each new file I make. I really like this one and think it shows the most promise.
