Was hoping for an effect, at least easier peeing or somewhat easier pooping, no luck sofar. The file makes me relax good, but nothing else. Perhaps i am not easy to hypnotise.

Very nice work on this file! I haven\'t had much luck with a lot of files, however I can feel my control starting to slip away after a few lessons. I even messed my pants today because I thought I could get away without wearing a diaper! Silly. Highly recommend but be careful!

I must agree with those above. After three days, I can\'t help but feel compelled to relax whenever I notice myself clench. Diapered or not. Amazing.

Listened to it twice so far. It\'s really relaxing. The first time, my head just felt all fuzzy while I was listening to it, the second time, I was completely in trance. I can already feel it having a bit of an effect on my bladder muscles.
