i purchased it, downloaded it. then i had a try, but deleting it right now again. cause i don't get a single suggestion or affirmation from it. "Build My Jock Body"? No chance. I'm only triggered by the repeated philosophical line, that some "words" should be important for my head and my thougts. So, sounds really most intellectual, but nothing jock-like.

I would love this even more if the bodybuilding affirmations in the background were a bit clearer. It seems I’m able to discern all the different voices in the Destroy My Jock Body file individually, whereas this one is harder to differentiate.
