chastity and wet dreams

Background of noise supposed to generate delta waves. 1:40 into the file starts the repetitive suggestions to abstain from self pleasure. then a bit later on have wet dreams instead. this process continues for about 45 min or so. no induction, no \"come back to consciousness\" at the end. primarily for men. designed to be looped as much as you want. use with an induction and wake up at the end. please let me know after some time of using it if you experience any changes or not. this is my first file and i do so appreciate the feedback. thanks for allowing me to contribute. 🙂
