Anyway it also uses a variation on binaurals that doesn’t rely on headphones, instead of the standard one ear gets one frequency the other a frequency as far away as the cycles per second they want the brain to operate at and your brain combines them averaging them out and attuning, i just used a simple time phased click track and a second slightly variant time phasing on a slightly varied click track (timing was precise) to reach the brain wave level closest to dreaming, and shamonic activity.
