BEFORE using this file, ensure that you have listened to Hypnosis Conditioning 1 repeatedly until you are consistently achieving an enjoyable depth of hypnosis. If you use this file and find that you are NOT going into hypnosis quickly, please return to listening Hypnosis Conditioning 1 for a number of times before returning to this file. After listening to this file a number of times, you will achieve a consistently deep level of hypnosis.
