This is a basic hypnosis conditioning file for users that are new to hypnosis and would like to condition themselves to go into hypnosis quickly, easily, and deeply. This file is a complete hypnosis session employing a modified Elman induction, three deepeners, suggestions to improve quality of hypnosis, acceptance of suggestions, trust in the hypnotist, and a desire to continue to use the file, installation of a reinduction trigger restricted to this hypnotist only (for future files) and an emerger/exduction. It is intended to be used at least daily for about 10 days or so before moving on to a followup conditioning file to really deepen depth and quality of trance profoundly. This second file will be uploaded within the next week. This file uses Tibetan Monastery background music. Please feel free and encouraged to provide comments and feedback. 🙂

This is a great file - I have been looking for classical files because of their effectiveness, and this has been my most successful trip so far. I plan to listen a few more times until I've completely let go before enjoying the second file. DM
