In this file there is, a deepening trigger, an awakening trigger, and a suggestion trigger. That third one is the one that is both hardest to pin down, but also the most important to make clear. The suggestion trigger is called \"I command...\" and basically you have to do anything I suggest that follows those words. The triggers can be controlled by anyone you trust deeply enough with that much power. It is a good first thing to try, it show you my style, my voice, and helps me see how deeply you are able to take things. Try it out if you are curious to meet up, or just want to see how deep you can go

Great induction. Very much enjoyed this deep and relaxing trance. Worked well for me on the first listen last night. The second listen was just after I awoke this morning. I began to relax almost instantly and drifted so much deeper. Deep enough to remember being focused only on your voice. I remember hearing every word distinctly but do not really remember what was said. My body and surroundings felt quite distant. One thing I noticed is I quickly came out of this deep trance. Sometimes when I drift this deep in trance it takes some time to become fully aware again. Its great how energized I felt when told to awaken!
