Honestly, I didn’t think this was going to work. The first time I listened to it, I found myself trying and my consciousness stopping just before I would pee. The second time I listened, I felt the first dribble with the start of the running water sound. It broke me out of the trance a little bit I calmed myself back into it. By the end of the file, I had fully wet myself and was only aware of a warmth as it was happening. I can’t wait to listen again!!

This is honestly an amazing file ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The first time I listened, I couldn't wet myself, but my bladder was ACHING to go. The second time I was able to go in spurts, which is a HUGE accomplishment. I listen to hypno files all the time and always feel like they're not working. This file really got me! Maybe on a third or forth listen, I'll be able to fully release ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . But I've truly never been as deep with a hypno time as with this one.

It never works for me unless I have to pee. and I don't always think I'm under hypnosis. it could be because of my adhd but I have a hard time going under and staying under.

I love this file. when I\'m in the mood I\'ll lay down a couple towels, lean up against a wall or lay down and listen until I feel the warmth flowing over me against my will or conscious desire. Also fun to put it on a delay and play it an hour or so after I\'ve gone to sleep in a loop, waking up pissing myself. No trigger is a plus, don\'t have to worry about someone accidentally triggering me at work.

Well - very relaxing! The induction was surprisingly effective to me. I was half listening while surfing the web and then at some point Vive says \"Zero\" and my mind just dropped out of where I was and I was then listening to file only. I think if you have to pee really bad you may find it hard to relax and if you do not need to pee you can easily relax, but you won\'t pee (much or at all). Suggested/coerced urination is not always easy to get right. This file is pretty good. Maybe the ending should last longer and drift off instead of awakening.
