A large portion of this is based on my original bodybuilding machine script that I submitted to EMG quite a few years ago (and won 3rd place). I can honestly say that the effects of listening to this augmented file all night long, every night, has me raging unlike ever before. My motivation is insane, my feedings have improved, and my workouts feel much more productive. I'm in my 50s, but my sex drive is off the charts again. Listening to this file is like listening to an old friend. But it is SOOO much more intense than I ever experienced. Coffee is now the SECOND best part of waking up, if you know what I mean. My focus is like a laser. This file is now part of my night time routine again. Every night. I was never much of a procrastinator, but now, my bodybuilding priorities take center stage always.
