True Control

This is my first attempt but it aims to encourage wetting as you sleep by encouraging a feeling that you are entirely free to wet, that wetting freely because you want to do so is in fact ultimate control of your wetting. It is intended to overcome the feeling that you are surrendering control when you wet. I have recorded it for myself and have found it succesfull in freeing me of a lot of bladder sensation when I am in a nappy and plastic pants
