This is a silent version of my posture file containing subliminals on three different frequencies. I have also added into the mix a script for contentment. This file can be played while reading, surfing the net or watching TV as there is no discernable sound to distract the listener.

I think it is working, I listened to it a couple times. Usually I am a side sleeper but lately have found it most comfortable lying on my back and every so often being mindful of posture.

I found it worked best for me when I turned the volume down to the point I could only make out an occasional electrical pop. Unfortunately, I listened to it during a long walk in posture correcting foot ware. Took me 2 weeks of not listening to get my feet back in order.

Maybe some time I will try to ditch the foot ware and just use the file.
