This is a file I recorded with a script of MRhello, in his own words: This file is meant to be long for a reason- to help those with odd attention spans trance. This file is extra-long for people who don't trance fast, and need the extra time to go under. This file includes a trigger- "Hypno Sleep" to go back into trance.
