this used to be free and now i have lost my copy, could you make a free version again

I had some success with this a few years ago. Lost a couple inches in some weeks, then got into hypnosis and made my own version. Trying now again to get ever shorter, the induction on this one is longer than the actual time shrinking. Got any better ones?
