Wow. Very interesting. Nothing apart from very slight tranciness off the actual mp3, but immediately afterwards a song came on in my (random) playlist -- was unable to detrance till end, and felt mildly ecstatic -- and it definitely wasn\'t a fave song. So: try this with a favourite danceable song queued after.
