Put it on your phone’s built in speakers, not headphones, turn it down in volume till it’s able to be heard when the phone speaker is placed against your ear, but as you move it to a desk table, or such, it fades into unintelligible background sound maybe 1-3 clicks up from silenc. Then I use a fan as white noise when I play these. You will hear it with your subconscious mind but not your conscious. If you are hard of hearing you may need to go higher but usually it’s effective

Maybe I should change the name? I thought it was a great idea for a file, and was proud enough of it that I named it after myself (subject matter kind of aligns, so it does make sense.)
