Now that you've trained to commit to your diapers, use your diapers, and tell the truth about your diapers, it's time to get comfortable in diapers. Use them without being embarrassed. Wear them anywhere and everywhere. Most of all, enjoy the wonderful relaxing sensation of wearing diapers. You're  a diaper-wearer, and you're comfortable being in diapers. This effects of this file are not permanent, but may become permanent over time as you continue to listen. The more you listen, the longer and stronger the effects will be. Enjoy!
