My best advice is don’t use earphones turn on a fan and go no higher than the lowest two settings on your playback device

I get this a lot, first off, my files are not meant to use earphones earbuds etc. - most people don’t realize that you don’t have to consciously hear it. For example on the iPhone, with no earbuds in a quiet room, if you turn the volume all the way down then click the up volume button once or even twice most people would hear nothing consciously- if you move the phone speaker directly to your ear you can hear it but only then- the person across the quiet room from you would hear nothing consciously but will receive /be effected by the file nonetheless - this is most obvious when the input is less intentionally overlayed- for example I always find it funny but also hot how if I watch porn next to my wife while she sleeps she starts to dream of sex immediately corresponding to the audible content of the porn, and even if she’s awake I can turn porn sounds on m phone at a volume of one or maximum two clicks on the speakers up button she doesn’t hear anything consciously but she starts to get hot anyway- same thing- the input is under the threshold of consciousness but if there weren’t the sonic cover which everyone has problems with it would be a distracting babble of voices- the whole is designed to benefit from a lot of the brain’s idiosyncrasies to your goals

Any chance you have this file more "silent" subliminal/less noise? I think it is so loud, it would be very hard to play in the background and my wife/gf to sleep to be honest.
