BRAINWASHING - Deep Sleep Session

45 minutes. Will induce a state of sleep by the end of the recording. A long, deep and thorough body-focussed induction beginning with all the muscles of the face and moving through your body creates a deep mental quiet. A complex layered visualisation of being hypnotised within trance, of going on wonderful adventures around the world, of doing the things that make you happy and fulfilled. Suggestions create familiarity with the Hypnotists voice and a desire to submit to commands given in the session that create a better, more empowering life, claiming control of your mind during trance so that positive improvements can be made. Includes suggestions of being claimed by the hypnotist and improved, creates an emphasis on doing your own research, thinking for yourself, and making effective decisions. Strong themes of submission, obedience, love of brainwashing, being controlled and kept.
