Following up some ideas from quite some time ago in earlier recordings Mindless and Try, this month's Patreon-funded free file is about being unable to awaken from trance until you are commanded to do so. Some people enjoy that. 😉
You should set an alarm before listening (the recording will remind you)-- the alarm will wake you, but until then you will be trying to awaken but unable to do so, training yourself to be entirely locked into hypnosis until something external sets you free (an emergency or other interruption will also wake you). Over time you will train yourself to be locked in for longer and longer...
