pup's attempt at making a file suitable for playing on a loop whilst in the gym, using a high bpm "Euphoria" type track from Dragon Master as the top layer. Beneath this is the body from the "Weight training" file, followed by body of "Curse swimmers body" (with the references to swimmers and swimming removed - so effectively is "Curse perfect body").
i hope other jocks and male gym-bunnies may find it useful as a training aid.

I realize that Alvin's post is old but anyone reviewing the comments should not be concerned. While I am bi, I am quite dominant. The listening to this file on my workout playlist has not changed me to make me more submissive. It has however given that extra inspiration to break through my plateaus. It is a good file.

it doesn\'t work so well for me. I\'d like it more without music. I can\'t put myself in trance with the music and I\'d prefer to listen the suggestions directly after a previous deep down to trance.
