One of the reasons counting-sheep helps people sleep is because it uses the mind's-eye.  Instead of visualizing sheep, this file helps you visualize the volcano-of-your-mind and use biofeedback to quiet that volcano, so you can sleep.  This file should help you into trance, and then help you fall asleep.  This is a female-sounding voice, raised artificially in pitch with softward.  It is the same script as one of my original free files that I had to do before I could do pay files.  But the free-version was unedited, because I made it before I knew how to do the technical stuff to reduce background noise, fix clicks, or level the volume.This file is also Transgender 400 - Senior Review of Trance and Mind's-Eye Biofeedback Techniques
