This file uses rhyming verse to weave a spell on your bladder control. My thanks to the Dr Seuss's Sleep Book for inspiration. Background sounds are from an actual library with the fountain added in. I grew up with a nice library with a huge fountain. We often had trips to the library for storybook readings. Hopefully, you will imagine yourself with a group of like minded friends.

This is fantastic in so many ways. I’ve just started trying hypnosis, so can’t really comment on effectiveness but as a little, this is great!

Thanks. I'll try to come up with more. For now, I just added a diaper change affirmation file. Just 4 minutes long. It's a new concept for me. Should be a lot of fun to listen to each time we change our diapers.
