This is my first self-recorded / mixed track and my experience is that it is not as sudden / obvious an induction as most on here, so much as an aided to guided meditation - preferably for those with some experience with meditation. It may be aided by other induction techniques though I have not tried that yet. The track is long but much of it is blank spaces for you to fully experience the sensation, staying true to the original parameters of the script. The initial script was developed by Bernard S.
