This file will cause you to wet your diaper (I would have put "pants or diaper", but couldn't find a good "or" without emphasis) immediately and when triggered, and then feel naughty/ashamed for an hour. I added a little more repetition, and removed the suggestions about changing the time limit if someone diapers you (which I think adds to the complexity of the suggestion, with no real benefit for ABDLs without a parent partner). I also removed the bedwetting suggestion, which seemed out of place and always disturbed me a little. show less
