A combination of the "Little Girls" and "Email Slave" files. Anyone can send you emails with the subject "LITTLE GIRLS HYPNOFILE", describing a little girl. How she feels, how old she is, how she acts. Even describing other triggers that the little girl might have (though you may have to listen to the file a few times, setting it deeper in your mind, to get the full effect of that). If you suck a pacifier while reading the email, you will forget its contents, but you will also know there is a nice surprise waiting for you and your anticipation will make the experience even more real. Then the next time you wear a diaper, you will become that little girl, and do everything you've been told to do. This file is another experimental one. Any time you wear a diaper or suck on a pacifier, you will regress to a young girl, somewhere between a baby and pre-school age. During this time, any grown-ups can use a trigger to give suggestions like \"Little girls suck their thumb\", or \"Little girls enjoy cartoons\", which will last as long as you are regressed. These suggestions should only work for genuine \"little girl\" behaviours, but I can\'t guarantee that for more susceptible subjects. But when you do, you feel excited and proud, like a little kid doing it by herself for the first time. You have a lot of things to be proud of, you can even go to the bathroom by yourself - or at least, you hope you can. This lasts as long as you wear a nappy under your grown-up clothes. show less

As you listen to this file, you find yourself feeling more and more like the girl in the story, and it seems quite real. You might find yourself emptying your own bladder when the girl in the story wets the bed. If you want to, you can even find that it happens any time you wear a nappy to bed. --- If you want a version with diapers instead of nappies, or with more intense bedwetting training, or with a little boy, Im happy to record those versions. When in trance, I tell you a story. The story will feel so real while you are listening. You may find yourself acting it out later, if you watch TV while wearing a nappy. A little girl is watching TV, and she needs to pee. But she's so enthralled by the TV show that she puts off going until she cant hold it any more, and wets herself just as the show ends. --- This version uses British terms, like nappy rather than diaper. It might work for men, but the person in the story is a girl. If you want an alternate version, I'm happy to record them. Especially if you can offer a small donation. show less

Every time you wear a nappy, you will feel and act like a baby or toddler. This is the basic suggestion I\'ve been using myself. It uses the British-english words \"nappy\" and \"dummy\" (though I\'m happy to do an alternate version with \"diaper\" and \"pacifier\" if people want). It is designed to follow on from \"pacifier induction\" (either my version, or the ones by hellion0), but this isn\'t essential. For best results, listen to pacifier induction 1 and 3 on alternate days for a week or so, then listen to this file every day for a week before you try triggering yourself.
