How she feels, how old she is, how she acts. Even describing other triggers that the little girl might have (though you may have to listen to the file a few times, setting it deeper in your mind, to get the full effect of that). If you suck a pacifier while reading the email, you will forget its contents, but you will also know there is a nice surprise waiting for you and your anticipation will make the experience even more real.
