This is an Ericksonian hypnosis induction designed to enhance your ability to enter trance. It ends with a permissive wakener that allows it to be used just prior to bed (insomniacs have reported that it\'s good for getting to sleep). Amnesia for the contents of the recording and experiences of \"lost time\" are not uncommon. The recording is pure vanilla and makes a good introduction to hypnosis.
