This file installs a positive punishment trigger and a positive reward trigger (blending operant conditioning and trancework) and defines and reinforces obedience. The triggers can be used in further trancework, or outside of trance altogether. This file is intended for subjects who identify as male. I love the distracting nature of these files, they seem to take my word oriented mind and just lull it with the story, and I begin to feel the feelings in the story, without feeling distracted at all. Only trouble is I still get a fast heartbeat from feeling a deep trance coming on, but Im sure I can be a good boy and overcome that with practice.

It helped to listen to the basic induction to go even deeper with this file. I'm not even sure how I know that at this point, as I don't remember any of the words spoken in this file now that I try to think of them. All i know is i enjoyed it and felt very relaxed afterwards, and would like more training. Until then, I'll keep listening and just going with the flow to go deeper.

This is the best, all purpose hypnosis file I've ever experienced. Some files I find if I am distracted, or too tired, or nervous, that they just quite frankly don't relax me. But Blink ALWAYS relaxes me...I can just leave it on and his soothing voice, and NLP methods of general storytelling....well, it eventually gets your subconscious' attention. I had forgotten I'd listened to this file actually, the only file to successfully wipe my memory. I love to be a GOOD BOY.

The "covered with sand" metaphor made me anxious at first; I really don't want my ears filled with sand, much less to be buried alive. But I recovered quickly (he takes off on a tangent about the "third ear") and got into it. (I also question the common use of phrases like "when you listen to this file" or "this recording." Let the contact between hypnotist and subject be direct.) I agree with all the other comments below. I'd follow this guy anywhere, hoping to hear another "good boy!"

This really is a great file. Great recording quality. Great voice. Great induction. Great suggestions. Great crafting and structure.

It seems to work extremely well, and for me at at least works on a few different levels. Sometimes you can look at a simple, pure piece of art and realize there is a great underlying complexity of technique and meaning, which in the end, conversely, seem to enhance the works purity and simplicity. This file is like that.

I hope there's more files to come.

This file is bringing the reward trigger <b>GOOD BOY</b> to a new level for me. Words don't do justice to the intensity of what I've been feeling.<br><br>
With this file, Blink uses an associative 'anchoring' technique. It doesn't matter whether you understand how 'anchoring' works. Just know that it works <i>extremely</i> well for me - and I'm confident it'll work for others.<br><br>
<b>- If you're a hypnotist</b> who uses the GOOD BOY / BAD BOY triggers with your subjects: this MP3 demonstrates effective Ericksonian technique. Listening to this file is an easy way to spend 33 minutes and it might change the technique you use.<br>
