I really love this file, whenever I listen to I go into a diaper spiral for days. I come home from work and immediately want to put on a diaper. When I first listened to this file and went to sleep listening to it I wasn\'t sure what to expect. I\'m an adult baby in training so when I was told I had to listen to it I was rather skeptical of the results. After listening to this file twice through and typing out a script for it I would say its fairly solid. Both containing the suggestions it advertises as well as containing advice on how to make your life more comfortable when living with the curse. I cannot say anything on its effectiveness as I've not actually listened to the file in trance. But I would say with Sarnoga's relaxing and pleasent voice it should be excellent.
