I only want to do one hypnosis in my life and I\'m choosing this one. I map post my experience with it.

how many times do you need to listen to this ?
i lstend to this for the better part of last night and while i slept this morning and no effect was had
aside from it being relaxing to listen to

i have yet to get anything on this site to work so it leaves me to wonder am i doing something wrong ?
is there some sort of prep aside from meditation to get these to work ?

I had an interesting experience last night with this one. While I do well with behavioral files, fantasy, etc. I have trouble with transformation files. This file relaxed and amused me so much after a listen, I decided to put it on loop. I always listen to music when awake or asleep, but hadn\'t tried going into trance with music going because I thought it would distract me like the TV does. I was having having trouble staying under last night though, so I started music on the computer speakers and put this file on my zune and used headphones. I somehow didn\'t notice the background sounds (music?) on the file the first time, and as I went under with some background music (Gorillaz: Demon Dayz with volume so that I was just able to hear it with my headphones on if anyone wants to try and duplicate), it felt like the background sounds from the file and my music kept dragging my attention away from each other, and it seemed that EMG\'s voice and the lyrics from the music faded slowly, then went completely quiet, but I eventually noticed myself murmuring the trigger and was amazed as I felt fur start growing over my whole body, then felt my muscles seem to grow stronger and more defined, followed by a feeling in my arms and legs I can\'t possibly describe, then changing facial features and an extremely heightened sense of smell and hearing. As the music started growing louder and louder in my head, I felt my mind connect with seven other people who were going through the same thing I was, and we were able to communicate with each other by sending mental images back and forth and sending intense euphoric waves through each others\' bodies. When my zune battery died this morning and I came back up, my watch revealed that I had been under for just over seven hours. I no longer felt furry or different-shaped, but still had waves of pleasure rolling through me which I still feel now, six hours after I came out of it. I was completely sober last night, and have been for two and a half years, but this whole thing was so powerful it has completely blown my mind. It felt like a very strong MDMA and LSD trip combined. I listened to Demon Dayz during my teenage party years many times while on MDMA, and my only guess is that the deep trance opened a doorway or something. Sorry for leaving a book here, but I just felt that I had to share this experience =).

It's very relaxing to listen to this. I do have a question though. can i play this in the Background while i focus on other tasksand still have it work?

A lot. This one of the hardest files on the site to get to work, as I've heard. I recommend you start with a simpler transformation file, like TrigWerewolf.
