I have to second the comments made below me. For the longest time I've had trouble wearing diapers because I always felt like I had to strain and fight to pee even a little. Well I didn't really know what to expect from using these files, but here's my experience. I downloaded the TrainDiapers from EMG and Henk's "Happy To Wet".
