You shouldnt have to listen to this more than once or twice to get the full effect. Your mind is a computer..albeit an organic one but its still a computer. And you can delete files from your memort to get the desired effect. This file will delete your personality and replace it with the jock personality we have developed in previous files. Its permanent and ultimately you will awake with your new personality after the 1st or 2nd listening. You will still have your memories of being your previous self but you will change your body to meet your new personality needs wants and desires.
