This is the first part of a two part series. This first file is what is going to make your new assistant. It guides you through a process first of constructing their physical body, then a quick build for their personality. It ends with a suggestion to cause you to dream about your new assistant or avatar. It contains a small suggestion that is meant to fix you to the file until you find significant success with it. The second file works off of the first, so its not reccomended to listen to the second file before you get success with the first.
