Amazingly effective short induction. When I became consciously aware after the first listen I actually thought I had fallen asleep for a few minutes. But I felt really great. Pressed play for listen 2. Not only did I respond better to the snaps, it felt even better. I was able to keep my awareness of being in a deep trance. However, my body became completely relaxed to the point of feeling numb and distant. It actually took awhile for me to want to come back to reality. Fantastic!
