The original file was scripted for 2 parts - telling humiliating truth or listen to a humiliation file for 3 days. Over time ba came to believe the second part was a distraction to really accepting the truth part of the file. With EMG permission this version will focus on cursing you to tell humiliating truths about yourself in response to forum posts, e-mails, et cetera. That does make the file shorter so added a binaural back ground.
