The file asks you to dress like a sorority sister (it frames this as crossdressing, at one point, but other than that bit, seems gender ambiguous) AND to put on a diaper. You then go to your master bathtub and dump/spread as many sticky foods onto your body as you are able (honey, mollasses, syrup, jelly, peanut butter, etc), pie yourself in the face w/ any pie, dump and spread a bag of oats on your body, then lastly a 5lbs bag of flour. You then are to roll around in your mess acting like a pig for 1 hour. There are also suggestions to want to come back to the file, and be obedient to your “sorority sisters” for the duration (presumably anyone watching/making you do this, but it doesn’t specify.)
Havent tried it myself due to my living situation, but it does sound like a hot humiliating time. That said, hearing the diaper and pie addition on the file was eyebrow raising only b/c the file description didn’t mention it. Otherwise, now you know~
