A hypnotic induction, beginning with a brief fantasy about being hypnotized and abducted by aliens. This session is about learning to forget the contents of hypnotic trances. It does not specifically suggest forgetting any particular trances other than this one, nor does it give an explicit trigger for forgetting; but it does suggest generally forgetting trances when you feel it is appropriate. This file uses the explicit reinduction trigger from the other files, and you may find it useful to have practiced with that.
