A voiced hypnotic induction, beginning with a brief fantasy about returning to be hypnotized in the office of your friend the hypnotist. This session is about practicing responding to hypnotic suggestions; and especially (though not exclusively) choosing to experience them as compulsions that are difficult or impossible to resist. In addition to the reinduction trigger from previous videos, which you will find it helpful to have already practiced with, this session includes a trigger to feel compelled to follow the suggestion that comes after it. This is the seventh in a series of recordings exploring hypnofetish themes one small piece at a time. When I read the script I wondered how I'd respond to the limp hands suggestions since I used to not be very susceptible to post-hypnotic suggestions but I spent a good while laying in bed trying to move my arms. Once I was able to get up I kept thinking about how I needed to write a comment and got on my computer to type this.
I feel like this file will be great for truly drilling in my need to follow my hypnotic urges. Thank you, sir 🙂

Almost forgot the second suggestion again, but seconds after I could move my hands again, I suddenly remembered. Also, I really want to follow suggestions now, because it feels good. Even if I don’t think about doing them, it happens automatically.

I forgot about the second suggestion this time around- partly because the fist one lasted so long, partly because I’m high. But the moment that I remembered it and started typing, my hands started moving automatically again. Also, while I’m following this suggestion, my head feels blank.

When the file ended, I actually couldn’t move my fingers at all aside from very small twitches. My left wrist I could move, but only to check my watch. Also, it felt like my hands were on pins and needles. It also feels like I’m not the one typing this- that it’s happening all on its own. Then again, I’ve been throughly conditioned with similar files, so it was probably the cumulative effect.

5813 found this file very pleasant and reasonably effective. Its hands were limp for five minutes after listening, and here it is writing a comment. It felt like it could’ve moved its hand/fingers if it really tried, but it didn’t want to. It was enjoying obeying the suggestion as you mentioned in the file, and its drone programming told it that it wasn’t allowed to disobey your command.
