you have to listen to a file more then once to get an effect. I used to think the way some of you do, one listen, if nothing happens nothing will. But that is wrong. It feels like my body is trying to change every time I use the trigger but no big results yet. I have only listened maybe 5 times so maybe I should listen to it more. It seems to help a little if you have a really good visual of what you want to look like or if you are looking at a picture of the girl you want look like when you say the trigger.
