Whew. Listened to this once out of curiosity. I've listened to Changes before this and wow, does this knock me out. I really loved the feeling, but I'm echoing the concern of others regarding the need to listen to his voice once a day or else one won't be able to sleep. Thankfully, there's the Hear Me file as a pick me up for those short on time.

Sarnoga really does have a wicked way with words. Think I\'ll stick to his other files though - this one seems just a little bit strong, especially for someone with my level of disorganisation and my sleep problems. (Hopefully one listen shouldn\'t be enough to hook me.)

I\'m going to have to agree with Jeshi. This file put me in a really deep trance. It would be a favorite if it wasn\'t for the part about having to listen to a file to sleep. I too have insomnia and would find that too annoying.

This works just as it says it will. I naturally echo Sarnoga\'s words, so that I hear and listen to them long after the file is over. This is probably more powerful then EMG\'s curse files. It has a suggestion that if you go a day without listening to a Sarnoga file that you won\'t be able to sleep until you hear Sarnoga\'s voice again! I\'m going to ATTEMPT to stop listening to this file. Since I know that since I already have insomnia, having to listen to a Sarnoga file every day in addition to all the other things I have to do to get to sleep would just be a nuisance. But this file is so strong I doubt I could sever myself from it. I\'m still thinking in Sarnoga\'s voice!
