I made this script for a friend who always tenses up and can't get into trance comfortably. I have removed all personal touches, and it is written for those who have trouble forgetting about outside stimuli such as monitoring your own vitals. I'll do an mp3 version of this when I can get a new microphone. Feel free to record this if I am too slow, though.
