Has to be one of the best files on here. It really does work. Once your in baby mode you can even take the dummy out of you mouth using your hand (even if self triggered). This meant that using my \"dominant\" hand I ate baby food rated 4Month+ and got the majority of the jars worth either around my face or in my bib (it was a good job I striped down to just a nappy!). I also succeeded in drooling and spitting (baby style) some off the food back out. Most of the jar of food didn\'t end up down my throat on the first attempt. After this I drank from a sippy cup/beaker rated 9month+ and honestly I struggled with it. I was too under-developed to use it. this resulted in a fair amount of water ending up in the bib\'s food catcher. Lastly I ate a rusk which again I got everywhere and all over my hand face and some in my bib again too. I did also give talking a go when all this was going on. Nothing more than baby talk came out. One side effect wasn\'t mentioned in the file, there was nothing about wetting yourself or messing yourself. I would recommend wearing a nappy to be on the safe side but I didn\'t get to experience this either way so I don\'t know what the net result is. It only took 2 listens for this to all happen. Lastly, don\'t even try standing without holding onto something, your bum will end up as your highest point or you\'ll have landed on it! Great file and can last longer than both the 20 minute and 24 hour baby files. As long as you have a dummy your fine. By removing and holding the dummy I lasted around an hour on two occasions and because it isn\'t time limited you don\'t have to keep re-listening to the file if you want another go straight away. Also, the first time I tried this I failed to have any success in fastening velcro shoes! This was an experience and proved how little I could actually do. Great file, but if you go near food make sure baby wipes are to hand for when you go back to being an adult again. Can\'t recommend this one enough!

Good to see another file with a non-verbal trigger. Not tried editing it yet, but after first listen it seems like this one would be very easy to add suggestions from other files into.
