Listen closely as I guide you into a simple feminine workout routine. However, not only will this train you for the perfect feminine frame, it will unlock your inner woman. With each listen and workout, she will slowly grow more confident in you, until you are the woman you were meant to be. With every listen, you'll desire to workout in a feminine way, with every workout you will become more feminine, the more feminine you become the more you desire to workout.
