7 Steps To Gay Stage 0: Exclusive Heterosexuality 
You know you are a heterosexual man. There is nothing gay about you at all. You don't touch yourself and think about men's bodies. You are not sexually aroused by the thought of sex with other men. You have never had a homosexual experience. You are ranked zero on the Kinsey Scale. You are therefore the perfect candidate to listen to this file Don't worry it won't change you. It is just a way to explore. It is impossible to change someone's sexuality. That can only happen if they have unacknowledged desires. I'm sure that's not you. I'm sure you'll be fine.
This is the first file in a series of meditations exploring male sexuality based on the Kinsey Scale. This was developed by sexologist Alfred Kinsey who proposed that human sexuality is a spectrum and that many people experience same sex attraction to some degree. Those whose sexuality is exclusively heterosexual are ranked zero on the Kinsey Scale whilst those whose sexuality is exclusive homosexual and ranked at number 6. This series will work through the scale to help you understand and accept your sexuality.
