This file helps you to develop an attraction and addiciton to your pacifier. It allows you to feel calm when sucking on it, and it encourages you to keep it with you wherever you go, even when you can't have it in yoru mouth. You're encouraged to suck on your pacifier as you go to sleep as it will help you enter sleep deeply, calmly, and restfully.You should have your pacifier nearby when you begin this file, but not in your mouth, you should be able to hold your arms out in front of you during the start of the file, and you should be free to speak aloud during the first part of the file.
